Rest assured, we’ll cover the costs of any necessary fixes based on the expert’s findings. Until these matters are resolved to your satisfaction, payment for the job is not required.
Not only that, but we will provide an additional credit to you for services at an equal or lesser value of the aforementioned job.
In the event that no issues are identified by the expert, you’ll only be billed the agreed-upon price for the job and half the cost of the report.
For jobs aimed at securing your rental property bond, we understand that ultimate approval lies with your agent or landlord. Therefore, the job is deemed satisfactory only when they are fully satisfied.
